SGS regulations requires PhD progress reports for every student in PhD Year 2 and beyond. I've placed in the mailboxes of these students the progress report form and I have notified all your supervisors that reports are due on April 15. The form requires some input from the student and it is then given to the supervisor who will convene a meeting with your supervisory committee and complete the rest of the form. The completed form is returned to you for your comments and signature, and then returned to me for the grad coordinator's signature and filing.
