It’s the little things
When stress feels big (cough*exams*cough), sometimes it helps to focus on the little things. This week, we’re focusing on small, simple things that will help you take a break, take a breath and take care of yourself. So get that massage, check out a market, honour a precious life or register for that cool thing. And remember that you can do this – one small step at a time.
